Deere & Company said today that it has completed the acquisition of Plastro Irrigation Systems, Ltd., headquartered in Israel, to add significant momentum to the growth of John Deere Water Technologies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Deere will combine Plastro with its current John Deere Water Technologies operations and T-Systems International, which Deere announced it had acquired in late May. The joint operations establish John Deere as the third largest agricultural irrigation company in the world.

Jain Irrigation has acquired 69.75 per cent in Thomas Machines through a subsidiary, thus gaining management and operational control. The company also has an agreement to call for the remaining 30.25 per cent stake over the next three years. Thomas Machines manufactures specialist machines that include drip irrigation lines and automation products. The purchase of Rain Master will help strengthen the company's position in the central controller market, enhance its established distribution network, and reinforce a long-term strategy to broaden its offering of precision irrigation technologies.

Irrigation and water technologies manufacturer Netafim Ltd. has signed an memorandum of understanding (MOU) to acquire the controlling interest in Dutch irrigation and greenhouse horticulture company Revaho. Netafim said the move was part of its growth strategy. Revaho, one of Europe's leading companies in its field, has been Netafim's exclusive representative in the Netherlands and UK for many years.

California, USA from Habasit Holding USA Inc for USD 21.5 million in all cash deal. Aquarius is a debt free company.
